I was viewing some old video cards from 2007, I found some shots I had totally tossed aside that I actually like now. I’ve been told I’m too hard on myself when it comes to my photos. So they’re not great and nobody would ever buy them, That’s not why I even take the pictures so why does that matter to me? It doesn’t and it shouldn’t! I enjoy taking pictures whether anyone else enjoys them or not.

Anyways those old photos got me a little bit motivated to go out and try some more pictures. I came to find that my lens I got on ebay completely sucks and I don’t know why. Whenever it looks focused in the view finder it’s deathly unfocused in the final frame so I had to take about 20 pictures of one thing just to get it right and I don’t know how I am supposed to enjoy myself when the picture looks good one second and complete garbage the next, seriously alot of shots were unusable.

Side note, The kodak digital print machine gave me the shittiest prints ever. I opened up a photo album from 2006 and the pictures have white spits, part of the printed ink went to the plastic and the album was never in a hot place or extreme weather so it’s so bogus, I’m afraid of actually printing out my photos now. I would like any suggestions for better prints if anyone knows of any.
